We are a forward-thinking, creative team of just over 80 people. We are a team of strategic thinkers, marketing experts, creatives, writers and producers with one thing in common – a passion for creating campaigns that really work.

We produce innovative work with our talented creators, art directors, editors, designers and video-editors. Joining the River family will bring you new challenges and exciting projects. And while we do work hard, we reward you with a 4pm Friday finish, an extra day off for your birthday, and regular social activities!

We’re based in a bright, open-plan office near Marble Arch tube station. We have an office bar and two private gardens, which make for outside meetings and drinks over the summer months, and even have our own office dog – a mini dachshund – called River! See what we did there

So that we deliver the best service we can for our clients and create the very best content for their customers, our ambition is to continually innovate and challenge the creative briefs we receive.

We have won numerous awards – Drum Recommends Digital Awards 2021, Superdrug’s Marketing Agency of the Year 2019 & 2020, and numerous nominations throughout the years including PPA, BSME, British Media and Podcast Awards. We were shortlisted for around 20 awards in the last 18 months!
