THE PERFUME SHOP ‘SCENTS’ BLOG SHORTLISTED FOR CORPORATE CONTENT AWARD

River is excited to announce that The Perfume Shop’s SCENTS blog has been shortlisted for Best Corporate Blog at the Corporate Content Awards 2020! 

The Corporate Content Awards is the only awards event to benchmark and reward corporate storytelling and the use of narrative to all corporate audiences, across owned, earned and bought media.

River has proudly worked with The Perfume Shop for over six years – from publishing Scents magazine in 2013, through to the creation of the current-day digital-only SCENTS blog. 

We work with The Perfume Shop to create expert-led, engaging, exciting, optimised and respected content – setting them apart from competitors and facilitating The Perfume Shop’s engagement with customers through digital and social content. 

The results speak for themselves: July-September 2019 saw blog sessions up an incredible 37% year on year, with a 40% increase in conversion rates year on year, 95% increase in transactions year on year and an outstanding increase in the total revenue for the blog by 114% year on year.

What’s more, our TPS team has been recognised across the industry for the content produced for the SCENTS blog: Editor Lauren Carbran won the Rising Star Award at the prestigious Jasmine Awards 2017, and has been shortlisted for numerous other accolades, including Best Digital Writer at the BSME Talent Awards 2019, and Rising Star at the British Media Awards 2018.
