The River Group is proud to celebrate its 26th year. Based in London’s Marble Arch, the Group started in 1994 to become the UK’s largest independent content agency in the UK.
Founded by CEO Nicola Murphy, River produces industry-leading campaigns for 26 international brands, operates in 18 international markets and employs 104 staff.
Nicola comments “We began life as a contract publisher and while we still publish magazines for big brands including Holland & Barrett and Superdrug, much of our work is now in digital, creating and producing content for web and social media.
What hasn’t changed over the years is our desire and determination to keep innovating, the quality of the work we’re delivering and our dedicated and talented team. It’s this mix that works for our clients and it’s why so many of them have supported us for more than 10 years.”
So what’s next? Despite these being uncertain and more challenging times, Nicola’s confident that River will come through them even stronger. “We’re a full-service content agency, bursting with talent and resilience. Since lockdown we’ve won two pitches and there’s more to come over the next few weeks. Watch this space!”
